Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes, we will add a 6% charge for AmEx and 4% for all others 

Q. Are you a taxi?
A. No. Taxi's are Hackney Carriage which means you can either flag them down by the roadside or at a taxi rank. We are Private Hire and have to be pre-booked only, via phone, email or fax etc. 

Q. Are you licensed by the local authority?
A. Yes. We are authorised by our local authority Forest Heath Council as are our drivers (whom have to have a police CRB check) and vehicles.

Q. Do you look like a taxi?
A. No. Our vehicles are un-plated, because of the nature of our work we are exempt from displaying plates on the outside of the vehicle (plates are fixed in boot). They just look like a normal privately owned vehicle. Drivers should display a Private Hire driver licence inside vehicle.

Q. I am currently in another country, how do I book a car?
A. You can email us your requirements or simply go to our online booking page and we will confirm via email.

Q. Are your prices quoted in Euros or Pounds?
A. All prices are quoted in UK pounds, because of the fluctuations in the currency markets it would be impossible to quote tariffs in all currencies. Click here to get an approximate price in your currency.

Q. How long before my flight should I be at the terminal?
A. For most flights you should aim to be at the terminal 2/3 hours before your scheduled flight time.

Q. I travel to London in the congestion zone, will I be charged extra?
A. Our prices include any charges. Remember Congestion Charging is only in operation from 07.00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Day rates are plus charging.

Q. I have heard the M25 motorway around London is like a car park, how does this effect my journey?
A. We do everything in our powers to avoid traffic but sometimes we get effected. All vehicles have Tom Tom sat nav systems that check live traffic data on route.

What if my plane is delayed?
A. Our drivers check with baa before leaving and while on route via an automated phone line, they will only go into arrivals between 15 and 30 minutes after your plane has landed. (see below)

Q.
What if I am delayed in the terminal or on the plane after landing?
A. If its no fault of your own then you will not be charged, if the driver has your mobile cell phone number then he/she will contact you before hand or you can contact the driver.

Q. What if I only have hand luggage?
A. Please inform us before departure, on your return we will be in arrivals 15 minutes after your plane has landed.

Q. I use an eye scanner in customs, how does that effect my pick up?
A. As above please inform us before departure. We will be in arrivals 15 minutes after your plane has landed.
